His designations include Certified Residential Specialist(CRS) and Graduate, REALTOR Institute(GRI). He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Iowa Association of Realtors.
When Mike joined Mid Iowa Insurance in 2004. He created Mid Iowa Real Estate which he currently owns along with Terry Axman and Fred Dolezal.
Mike is a licensed to sell insurance.
Being involved and giving back to the Carroll community remains a top priority. Mike has been involved in many organizations throughout the Carroll area.

I have been selling real estate in Carroll and surrounding communities since 1995. I am a Broker Associate with Mid Iowa Insurance and Real Estate in Carroll, Iowa.
I have earned several professional designations including the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the National Association of Realtors® that is held by only 4% of the Realtors in America. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. I have also earned the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation. and the e-Pro designation recognizing my marketing skills with internet and technology.
I recently earned the Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) designation. As a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, I have had in-depth training on proven staging principles and techniques that have resulted in increased selling prices and reduced market time.
